Although Lake Pointe Resort is a private RV park, we welcome guests to drop in, to camp a few days or stay a few nights in our condos, so that you can see what our members enjoy about Lake Pointe.

Our customery daily rate for non-member guests is $30 (plus electricity cost), per day, for our RV camp sites. However, we are offering a “Try Out The Park” special-rate so that you can stay in one of our RV campsites for up to 3 days for just $15 per day! We also offer substantial camping discounts to Passport America Discount Club members, Escapee Club members, as well as to Coast-to-Coast members for limited stays. Our condo rates are also very competitive for the Canyon Lake area. Call our office at (830)935-4351 for details.

Class A – Voting Membership:

Grants Member access to the RV park and includes member/owner voting privileges for the calendar year expiring December 31st.

$275.00 – one time new membership administration fee, plus

$421.40 fee, good to Dec. 31, 2015. Current annual fee is $411.40 ($421.40 includes a one-time 2015 $10 add-on)

Total $696.40

When you pay your annual fee each year, you get 63 RV camping days to use during that year.
First year total cost is $696.40 for 2015. As long as your membership remains current, the second and following calendar year’s cost will only be the annual fee.
THERE IS NO CONTRACT OBLIGATION.

A Class A first-year cost of $696.40 yields a per-day RV camping cost of just a little over $11 a day!*

*Note: Each RV/Camp site is metered. Electricity is an additional reasonable charge of 12 cents per kilowatt hour.

Class C – Membership:

Grants Member access privileges to the RV park and condos for a calendar year expiring December 31st. There is no voting previlege with Class C membership.
$100.00 – one time new membership administration fee, plus

$421.40 fee, good to Dec. 31, 2015. Current annual fee is $411.40 ($421.40 includes a one-time 2015 $10 add-on)

Total $521.40

When you pay your annual fee each year, you may choose either 42 camping days or 4 condo days to use during that year. If you choose camping days, you still have the use of the condos at a greatly reduced price as a member. If you choose condo days, you may still camp, again at a greatly reduced price. Either option is a great deal!
Upgrade to a full voting membership at any time for a one time payment of $275. Upgrade within two years of first joining and you will receive credit for the initial $100 administration fee making your upgrade cost $175.
